A 69 years old farmer presented with a growing non-tender lesion in his right eye. He had first noticed the lesion two years earlier but hadn’t sought medical attention. His visual acui
ty was 20/40 on right eye and 20/25 in left eye. On examination a raised fleshy, papillomatous elevated growth involving interpalpebral fissure and extending beyond the limbus to upper and lower parts of cornea was present. Cytopathological
examination from incisional biopsy showed squamous cell carcinoma.
