Temporal, Homonymeous Reduction of Retinal Nerve Fiber Thickness in Combined Simple and Glaucomatous Optic Nerve Atrophy (OD, Circular Scan, OCT)

Temporal, Homonymeous Reduction of Retinal Nerve Fiber Thickness in Combined Simple and Glaucomatous Optic Nerve Atrophy (OD, Circular Scan, OCT)
OCT in OD: We see a reduced retinal nerve fiber layer thickness predominantly in the temporal area of OD including the papillo-macular bundle. In the other eye we found a homonymeous impairment of the temporal retinal nerve fibers. The mean retinal nerve fiber thickness in OD is 53 µm.
