Cicatricial ectropion in congenital ichthyosis (Collodion Baby)
An inherited hyperkeratotic disorder, characterized by generalized thickening and scale formation of the skin. Management includes skin hydration, protection against skin moisture evaporation, and keratolysis. Eye lubrication required to prevent exposure keratopathy. Ectropion may recover if the surrounding skin desquamates in due course of time.
