Diagnosis:	Traumatic dislocation of Intra ocular lens
Comment to photo:	A 60 year old male presented to outdoor with history of blunt trauma with cattle horn. Patient had undergone cataract surgery with manual small incision cataract surgery with PMMA IOL before 1 year. On examinaion PMMA lens was found under conjunctiva and wound was open with vitreous in the wound, patient was treated with vitrectomy and scleral fixation lens.
