Macroaneurysm of the Retina, Calcified
The yellow sphere located in the innermost layers of the retina in the path of an artery suggests an arterial aneurysm. High reflectivity, with a "shadow" cast behind it as seen in the ultrasound image. and the CAT-scan showing an opaque lesion posteriorly, indicate a calcified aneurysm.
