Circular scan (OCT) depicting a parapapillary retinal edema, lying temporal of the optic nerve head (arrow). Female, 56 years of age, 2 weeks after a hiking tour, now visual complaints OD. VA R/L cc 1.0, IOP R/L 16 mmHg. Blood values were normal.
