Interstitial herpes keratitis
The patient presented with red eye associated with photophobia and mild discomfort for 2 weeks. Corneal sensation was reduced. The eye has a mixed injection. A triangular corneal opacity extends from 6:00 to 8:00 associated with corneal neovascularization. These vessels are easily overlooked and extend brush-like in midstroma.
