Sturge-Weber Syndrome, Oculodermal Melanosis
Most obvious is the nevus flammeus in the area of the lower trigeminus branches. The left eye is buphthalmic (inferotemporally, a drainage device is visible). In addition there is oculodermal melanocytosis (note the darker skin of the right upper lid, and scleral pigmentation of both eyes.
