A 20 years old female patient presented with history of sudden loss of vision OD since 1 month. On examination she was found to have vision plpr. She was known case of chronic lukemia,she lost vision following blood transfusion. On examination for posterior segment she had pre retinal-sub hyaloid haemorrhage covering fovea. she was treated with vitrectomy and regained 20/20.
