Vitreous Prolaps behind Anterior Chamber Lens

Vitreous Prolaps behind Anterior Chamber Lens
The vitreous is full of lens particles after intra-capsular cataract extraction (historic picture). It is touching the posterior lens surface and, inferiorly, it lies in front of the iris. Occurs not infrequently with PEX after catract extraction.
