FA1-2011-02-08*01-PK Stroke in 1997, heart infarction in 1997. We see focal and generalized arteriolar narrowing, arterio-venous crossings, the arterio-venous ratio is decreased (av-ratio 0.70). General data: male, 50 years, weight 120 kg, height 182 cm, BMI: 36,2, no smoking, latest blood pressure 120 / 80 mmHg. Atherogenic Risk Factors: no hypertension, no diabetes, no hypercholesterinemia. Endorgan damage: no angina pectoris, no claudicatio intermittens, heart infarction in 1997, stroke in 1997, no bypass surgery, no carotid artery surgery.
