Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy (PCV) (Colour Image)
Female, 60 years of age, BCVA 0.6, IOP 16 mmHg, decrease of VA since 9 months, metamorphopsia, arterial hypertension. Initial fundus photograph shows reddish-orange nodules. The diagnosis of PCV is based on indocyanine green angiography, which shows a branching vascular network terminating in polypoidal dilation.
