Diagnosis:	缺血性CRVO后，新生血管性青光眼（彩色图片）
Comment to photo:	男51岁，最佳矫正视力光感，眼压52毫米汞柱。缺血视网膜中央静脉阻塞后的新生血管性青光眼，眼内压52毫米汞柱。彩色图像显示虹膜新生血管。继发性青光眼是因虹膜前表面上形成纤维血管膜所导致（虹膜红变）。该膜延伸到房角，造成房水排出系统不可逆的闭塞，并且眼内压相应地上升。
