Acute Rejection with Melting Graft After Penetrating Keratoplasty
Acute graft rejection. Patient presented with melting of most of the graft, with iris and pupil seen through the perforation. Vascularization are seen in the remains of the graft. A yellowish mass of necrotic tissue is seen at lower part of graft.
