Diagnosis:	Acute Rejection with Melting Graft After Penetrating Keratoplasty
Comment to photo:	Acute graft rejection. Patient presented with melting of most of the graft, with iris and pupil seen through the perforation. Vascularization are seen in the remains of the graft. A yellowish mass of necrotic tissue is seen at lower part of graft.
