Das NMR (Siemens 3T Trio) zeigt Defektareale bds. frontobasal (L>R) (Pfeil), in Flair-Wichtung diffus signalgesteigert, in T1w hypointens. Die zerebralen Läsionen zwischen Chiasma und Orbita führten zu einer einseitigen Atrophie des linken Sehnerven.
