Epidemic Keratoconjunctivitis (EKC)
Slightly injected conjunctiva at the plica semilunaris, here edematous. Painful regional lymphnodes, after 4 days bilateral. At the beginning massive clear secretion, then turning to mucous discharge. Keratitis nummularis( arrows) resolves often only after weeks and months.
