Pterygium nasal and temporal (kissing)
Pterygium is very common in tropical countries especially in those people who spend most of their time outdoor. This 60 year old farmer, presented with advanced nasal and temporal pterygium which almost kiss each other. The visual axis was obstructed. VA was CF.
