Temporal, Homonymeous Reduction of Retinal Nerve Fiber Thickness in Combined Simple and Glaucomatous Optic Nerve Atrophy (OS, Circular Scan, OCT)
OCT in OS: We see a reduced retinal nerve fiber layer thickness predominantly in the temporal area of OD including the papillo-macular bundle. In the other eye we found a homonymeous impairment of the temporal retinal nerve fibers. The mean retinal nerve fiber thickness in OS is 55 µm.
