Traumatic Dislocation of Intraocular Lens under Conjunctiva (Colour Image)
Patient: 60 year old male. Ocular Medical History: blunt trauma with cattle horn. Patient had undergone cataract surgery with manual small incision cataract surgery with PMMA IOL before 1 year. Findings: PMMA lens was found under conjunctiva. Wound was open with vitreous in the wound. Therapy: Patient was treated with vitrectomy and scleral fixation lens.
