Neurofibromatosis (von Recklinghausen's disease) Face
Autosomal dominant. Multiple hamartomas of skin, eyes and nervous system increase over time. Most frequent are café-au-lait spots, cutaneous tumors, iris hamartomas (Lisch's nodules) and optic nerve glioma. Here an optic nerve and a skin tumor are visible.
