Brown's Syndrome

Brown's Syndrome
In milder cases of Brown’s Syndrome, there is no deviation in primary gaze. There is often a tendency for the child to prefer a slight chin-up position, which can easily be overlooked, even by family members. There is limited elevation of the right eye in adduction due to restricted movement of the superior oblique tendon through the trochlea.
