Diagnosis:	Lid tear involving lacrimal lower canaliculi
Comment to photo:	A child presented to outdoor with history of injury with iron rod. On examination lid tear was found with canalicular tear, which was repaired resulted in patent canaliculi and lacrimal passage was patent with follow up of two years.
