Iridocorneal-Endothelial Syndrome (ICE)
The pupil is pulled towards 9 o'clock and distorted. The pigment layer of the iris is dragged to the chamber angle resulting in ectropion pupillae. This is as finding typical for ICE (Iridocorneal-endothelial) syndrome.
