Butterfly-Shaped Pigment Dystrophy
With a little imagination one recognizes a butterfly-shaped hyper-pigmented pattern in the fovea with some hypopigmentation in its vicinity. This is a subgroup (Gass'group 2) of the autosomal dominant pattern dystrophies.
