The bleeding of the iris vessels occurred immediately after the Yag laser perforated the iris. Pressure was placed on the globe until bleeding stopped (about 30 seconds) at that time the photo was taken.
If bleeding does not stop, one can use Argon laser to photocougulate the bleeding vessels.
Intraocular pressure remained normal during post op period.
