Brown's Syndrome

Brown's Syndrome
Looking right and up the left eye cannot be elevated above midline, looking left and up the right eye cannot be elevated above midline. Frequently, in the lower field of view there is no strabismus. The etiology of Brown's syndrome is multifactorial.
