Pseudoexfoliation Syndrome (PEX), Subluxation of the Lens
Late stage of PEX with diffuse light corneal edema. The lens above is tilted backward and below forward. Thus the equator of the lens and the peripheral PEX deposits are visible below whereas the deposit-free zone is seen in the upper pupillary zone.
