Verdünnte Sehbahn nach SHT mit einfacher Opticusatrophie (li>>re) Das Diffusion Tensor Imaging Bild (DTI-NMR, Siemens 3T Trio) zeigt eine verdünnte Sehbahn ohne ausgeprägte Asymmetrie. Frontobasale Läsionen nach einem SHT zwischen Chiasma und Orbita führten zu einer einseitigen Atrophie des linken Sehnerven.
