Pseudoexfoliation syndrome
Clinical photograph showing deposits of pseudoexfoliation material on a PMMA intraocular lens. Also seen is the edema of the inferior cornea suggestive of early bullous keratopathy. The other eye of the patient also showed a similar picture. The patient underwent a corneal transplantation for bullous keratopathy.
