Luxation of the entire globe

Luxation of the entire globe
One day old baby presented to us with a luxation of entire globe OD following prolonged difficult labour. Forceps were not used for delivery. OS was relatively normal. APGAR was 7. There was no shallow orbit or floppy eyelid as usually associated with congenital globe luxation. We reposited globe mechanically and patched the eye for 24 hours. Baby is doing well.
