This is an immune disease which occurs mostly in childhood occludes precapillary arterioles, capillaries, and postcapillary venules of sceletal muscles and connective tissue with deposits of immunoglobulins, complement, and inflammatory cells. Here cotton-wool spots are shown in both eyes with a decrease of vision to light perception. Similar changes occur in lupus erythematodes and rheumatoid polymyalgia. is
