A 29 years old male patient presented with history of sudden loss of vision OD since 2 month. On examination he was found to have vision plpr. He was known case of chronic lukemia,he lost vision following blood transfusion. On examinaHon for posterior segment he had pre retinal-sub hyaloid haemorrhage covering fovea. He was treated with yag laser hyaloidotomy and regained 20/20 after one month.
