Cavernous Hemangioma of the Retina

Cavernous Hemangioma of the Retina
A cluster of very large capillary retinal aneurysms is partially covered by a fibrous membrane. Some aneurysms show dark sedimented blood in the lower half and clear serum in the upper half because the bloodflow is so slow that erythrocytes settle, depending on the supine position.
