OS Macular hole stage 2

OS Macular hole stage 2
There is a distinct vitreomacular adhesion. The vitreous does clearly pull the operculum towards the inside. Due to vitreous traction the operculum is obviously elevated above the retina. However, no tear out can be observed. The VA is 10/20. A vitrectomy was recommended in order to avoid a tear out of the operculum.
