Pseudoexfolation Syndrome (PEX), Deposit on Intra-ocular Lens
Pseudoexfoliative material deposited on the anterior surface of PMMA I.O.Lens, 7 years after cataract surgery. There were no signs of PEX before surgery. The lower and left border of the picture shows the margin of the brown iris (in mydriasis). Similar deposits on the anterior surface of IOL in the other eye.
