Heterochromic Iridocyclitis Fuchs, Stars in the Sky
Heterochromic Iridocyclitis Fuchs, Stars in the Sky
Fine Tyndall, small round or stellate retrocorneal precipitates all over the cornea like stars in sky. Lymphocytic inflammatory cells in the anterior chamber do not settle as Hypopyon, nor do synechia develop, even not after many years. Inflammatory cells derive from vessels of the anterior uvea and peripheral retina.
