| This patient had extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) 4 years ago which was complicated by posterior capsule rupture and vitreous loss. An anterior chamber intraocular lens (ACIOL) was inserted but the haptic of the ACIOL was in contact with the corneal endothelium causing corneal decompensation. The ACIOL was subsequently removed. There is corectopia and generalized corneal edema. | |
