Comment to photo:	突然の静脈圧の上昇（胸部圧迫による外傷）により多発性の網膜内出血を生じている。網膜内出血は神経線維に沿うように縞状を示す。出血は脱色した出血とともに円形を示す。（綿花状白斑でもみられる）中心にあるのは濃厚な凝血である。
