Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma, (Slitlamp)
The slitlamp reveals corneal edema with folds in the deep layers. The anterior chamber is so flat that most of the iris rests against the cornea and there is only a small narrow space in front of the lens and at the margin of the pupil.
