Patient: 20 years of age, male, BCVA Finger Counting. General Medical History: empty. Ocular Medical History: loss of vision in OD, 2 months ago blunt ocular trauma with cricket ball. Main Complaint: Vision loss. Purpose: to demonstrate macular hole after blunt trauma. Methods: Colour Photography Posterior Segment. Findings: macular hole with changes in surrounding area.
