Subconjunctival hemorrhage, traumatic
Contusion by a piece of wood. He had a severe bullous subconjunctival hemorrhage without posterior limit. Differential diagnosis ( inspite of normal tension): occult open globe and orbital injury. Here the cornea was clear. The pupil was pharmacologically dilated. There was no tenderness or restriction of the extraocular movement. The fundus was normal. Intraocular pressure was 18 mm Hg.
