Triton OCT, OD Color Photo: abnormally large optic cup, central retinal artery and vein penetrating the superficial lamina cribrosa at the center of the cup, the vessels bayonetlike bending at the border of the optic cup. Patient: 36 years of age, female, BCVA -0.25dpt -0.5 dpt /2°=1.0 at OD, -0.75 dpt – 0.75 dpt/ 175°=1.0 at OS, IOP 18 mmHg/ 13 mmHg, no visual fields defects at OD and OS, enlarged blind spots.
