| With eversion of the lids cicatricial changes of the conjunctiva became visible near the inner and outer canthus with irrrittion of the conjunctiva. The disease is progressive with cicratrixation of the conjunctiva, obstruction of tear and Meibomian ducts, lid displacement and exposure keratitis and scarring. | |
