General data: female, age 71 years, weight 62 kg, height 160 cm, BMI: 24,2, no smoking, sports 4x/week, latest blood pressure 140 / 90 mmHg. Atherogenic risk factors: arterial hypertension, no diabetes, no hypercholesterinemia. Endorgan damage: no angina pectoris, no claudicatio intermittens, no heart infarction, no stroke, no bypass-surgery, no carotid artery-surgery.
