Central retinal artery occlusion
A 54 years male presented to us with complaint of sudden loss of vision in OS.On examination he was found to have only perception of hand movements. On examination with indirect ophthalmology he was having pale retina with charry red spot on macula diagnosed to have central retinal arterial occlusion. On systemic evaluation he had essential hypertension.
