Macrodisks with Physiologic Macrocups (Triton OCT, OD, Disc Topography)
Triton OCT, OD, Disc Topography: the optic cup is abnormally large with a high cup/disk ratio, the neuroretinal rim is normal-sized correlated to the total optic disk area. Patient: 36 years of age, female, BCVA -0.25dpt -0.5 dpt /2°=1.0 at OD, -0.75 dpt – 0.75 dpt/ 175°=1.0 at OS, IOP 18 mmHg/ 13 mmHg, no visual fields defects at OD and OS, enlarged blind spots.
