Patient: 12 years of age, male. Ocular medical history: diminished vision at both eyes. General medical history: empty Main complaint: diminished vision at both eyes. Purpose: to present anterior and posterior lenticonus. Method: patient undergone examination of color photography of anterior chamber. Findings: "oil droplet" in retroillumination, anterior and posterior lenticonus. Discussion:- Literature:-
