| Corneal edema caused by PEX endothelial keratopathy decrease visibility of pupillary area. Limited mydriasis after medication. Remnants of pigment epithelium layer of the iris are stuck to the anterior lens capsule. The pupillary margin is completely attached to the lens. Atrophy of the iris stroma on the temporal side.
