Patient: 20 years of age, female, BCVA plpr. Ocular Medical History: sudden loss of vision since 1 month, vision decreased following blood transfusion. General Medical History: chronic leukemia. Main Complaint: sudden loss of vision. Purpose: to show preretinal hemorrhage in leukemia. Methods: Colour Photography Posterior Pole. Findings: preretinal, subhyaloid haemorrhage covering fovea.
