A 45 years old patient reported with complaint of sudden loss of vision in RE on examination he was found to have lower temporal tributary occlusion with macular edema. Hiis anterior segment was normal and vision was 6/60 with correction. On macular cube OCT his central thickness was 426 micron and he was treated with anti vegf and laser.
